Problem Statement
Alemina Tarigan dan Rekan has operated for more than 10 years and has acknowledgements from its partners and clients. Being very active in organizations, the firm usually gets their new cases from word of mouth: from acquaintances, previous clients, or previous partners who have worked with the firm. However, Alemina Tarigan dan Rekan doesn't have social media, no LinkedIn, and no website. The firm decided to have a website and believe it will increase potential client's trustworthiness of the firm.
The Solution
Highlight the lawyers' information
I used the interview method to gather the client's requirements and information. The clients believe by showing certificates, educations, and organizations, it will increase the company's credibility. From the partners' CVs, we cut the displayed information to only relevant education, certifications, and organizations.
Client's customers analytics
Most of the clients' customers are above 40 year old. Due to the demographic, we'd like the website to be simple and straight forward, leading the customers to email Alemina Tarigan dan Rekan. This demographics also influenced the page's UI:
using dark theme for a more eye comfort,
bright 'Konsultasi' button that links to the client's email,
bigger fonts
The process:
Requirement gathering and client's profile gathering.
Competition research to other attorney sites and sites that offer services.
Do mid-fidelity on Figma.
Validate the wireframe with clients.
Review with clients.
Start developing on Framer.
Review with clients.
Publish.
